As person who has confessed Jesus as Lord and believed in one's heart that he
has risen from the dead. (Romans 10:9) |
|
All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the
promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian church. With it comes the enduement of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry. |
|
The baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost is witnessed by the initial physical
sign of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives them utterance. |
|
The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded by the Scriptures. All
who repent and believe on Christ as Saviour and Lord are to be baptized. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life. |

Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith toward the
Lord Jesus Christ. By the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost, being justified by grace through faith, man becomes an heir of God, according to the hope of eternal life. |

You Need to be saved!
"As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one" (Romans 3:10)
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed
upon all men, for that all have sinned." (Romans 5:12)
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of god is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
(Romans 6:23)
God wants to save you!
"But god demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
(Romans 5:8)
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life."
(John 3:16)
Here's how to be saved!
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised
him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with you mouth that you confess and are saved.......for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
(Romans 10:9,10,13)
